General
Using the Internet site ("Site") and services ("Services") in the content of the Site located at www.baypro.co.uk means that you have read and accepted the Privacy Terms and Conditions ("Privacy Terms") and rules of Baypro Software ("Company"). If you think you cannot fulfill the obligations specified in the Privacy Terms, do not use this Site or its Services. The use of some parts of the Site or interaction with these parts may be subject to special additional terms and conditions. The Privacy Terms are an annex and integral part of the User Agreement entered into with the User.
Tracking/Changes to Privacy Terms
The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Terms or to introduce additional conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to the nature of the information collected during use, how it is used, when it is shared with Third Parties, and all necessary privacy conditions will be presented on this page. As the Company has the right to make changes in the Privacy Terms, it is the responsibility of the User to regularly monitor and read the Privacy Terms. The use of this Site and its Services after such a change will mean that the changes in the Privacy Terms are accepted.
User Information
The User is responsible for all kinds of content and personal information (all kinds of writings, documents, music, advertisements, opinions, and thoughts transmitted or sent electronically to the Site and Services through this Site and Services by electronic means, but not limited to, all kinds of content containing sound or text or static/moving images). Users; (The term User, including members if any, is used as a general definition to mean anyone entering the Site.) is aware and accepts that the Internet environment is not a reliable environment, communication on the Internet is risky, and all kinds of information, including personal information, passwords, etc., may be the subject of the illegal actions of Third Parties.
